When making a reservation with Bratislavatrip.sk, you have the option to choose from a variety of payment methods. The most popular payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods such as PayPal and Apple Pay.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made 29 to 15 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation price.
Cancellations made 14 or fewer days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation price.
After you cancel a booking with us, you should receive an email confirming the cancellation. Check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours, please contact the bratislatrip.sk to confirm they got your cancellation.
As a booking platform, we are unable to provide you with an invoice for your booking. Please contact the service provider directly to request an invoice.
There are several different types of service you can book with Bratislavatrip.sk, all of which are fully inclusive of all taxes, fees, gratuity, and toll road charges.
If you book an airport pick-up that includes Meet & Greet, your fare also includes flight tracking and a 30-minute waiting time calculated from the time your flight arrives. For non-airport pick-ups, we allow 15 minutes waiting time, calculated from the scheduled pick-up time.
We also offer an Economy airport pick-up service in some destinations, which allows you to keep the cost of your transfer down by removing the costs associated with the Meet & Greet service. Amendments to your journey and special requests may incur an additional cost.
We are only able to accept passengers who are 18 years of age or older. Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
We understand that many people love their pets, but we are unable to accommodate them in our services.
